Terms of Use

Pursuant to the current legislation in force on online commerce, the use of the services offered on the stilelogo.com site is allowed only to an adult user who has read the Information on the Processing of Personal Data. If the user is under the age of 18, he can still make purchases under the supervision of an adult.

If you choose to make a purchase on this site you are required, before sending the order, to carefully read these Conditions, which are always available to the public, even during the order confirmation phase via the dedicated link called "Terms and conditions"

How to purchase

To purchase services on stilelogo.com it is necessary to fill in the dedicated form at https://anticlub17.wixsite.com/stilelogo/pagina-vuota-1  and proceed with the payment through the paypal.com platform.

It is possible to purchase only one Logo at a time, but each user can repeat this operation by ordering the same service for as many brands as they wish.

By sending the order confirmation to the stilelogo.com website, the Buyer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept these Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy .

The purchase contract between the Buyer and Stile Logo is concluded with the acceptance of the order by Stile Logo, which is communicated via a confirmation email to the address indicated by the Buyer. The latter will always receive by email the payment confirmation from paypal.com containing the code and the date of the transaction.

The vectorial and compressed files of the Logo will always be sent to the email provided by the Customer when filling in the form within a few working days from the date of order confirmation by Stile Logo.

Billing

If you need an invoice for the purchase of our services, you can request it to be issued by checking the appropriate box when completing the form or by writing an email to stilelogo@gmail.com  within 4  working days from order confirmation. The User must necessarily enter all billing data including tax code and / or VAT number according to the nature of his business.

Please also remember to indicate the name of the brand for which you have requested our services and the transaction code received as confirmation from paypal.com.

The electronic invoice will be sent to the SDI Code or to the PEC indicated, while a courtesy copy in PDF will be sent to the email address provided during the request for the tax document.

Each User is responsible for correctly entering billing information. If the invoice is not requested when completing the order or within 3 working days of receiving the order confirmation, this document is implicitly waived and it will no longer be possible to request it in the future.

Information on services

All information and features of our services are clearly specified on the stilelogo.com site.

The images of the logos on  stilelogo.com  correspond to projects created by our Designers, therefore their reproduction and any use without written authorization from Stile Logo is prohibited.

The price of the services is always visible on the dedicated purchase pages and is to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euro (unless otherwise specified).

Delivery methods

The logos created are sent by e-mail to the address indicated in the compilation of the form. The logos are sent exclusively during working days (from Monday to Friday, except for Italian and local national holidays).

Delivery takes place within 4  working days from the order confirmation by Stile Logo.

The Azienda Stile Logo is in no way responsible for delays or other unforeseeable events not attributable to it. In the event of impediments or other problems relating to the sending, we will contact the Customer, inform him of the situation and do everything in our power to solve the problem or remedy in any other way. However, these choices are to be understood at the exclusive discretion of Stile Logo.

The delivery is considered completed when the email is sent from our terminals.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the date of order confirmation by Stile Logo, being the Logo a service created exclusively and customized for the individual User.

If the communication of the desire to withdraw from the purchase contract made on our site occurs within the end date of the pre-order period, or within 4 working days of receiving the confirmation of the transaction, we will do our best to meet the requests. of the Client compatibly with the costs already incurred by Stile Logo for the specific work commissioned.

In this case it is necessary to send an email to stilelogo@gmail.com  within the terms indicated, including the brand name, the email address indicated for sending the Logo and the transaction code assigned at the end of the purchase.

If and only if these procedures are carried out correctly, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, or part of the amount paid, using the same payment method used during the purchase, unless explicitly requested for a refund on a different one. payment method by the Customer. In the latter case, any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment will be charged to the customer.

Return due to defect or non-conformity of the product

In the event that you have received another Customer's Logo by mistake, i.e. a Logo unequivocally not corresponding to what was ordered, please send an email to stilelogo@gmail.com  within 4 working days of delivery, deemed completed when the email is sent from our terminals. Following receipt of this communication, the reported defects and non-conformities will be assessed and a decision will be made whether to accept the contestation of the project.

Any errors caused by the incorrect information entered in the project form by the customer will in no way be recognized or reimbursed.

In the event of a refund, the established fee will be credited to the Customer using the same payment method used for the purchase of the service, unless explicitly requested for a different payment method. In the latter case, any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment will be charged to the customer.
